Location was excellent since we traveled by Flixbus and were able to walk to the hotel. Public transportation was convenient and easy to use to get to the center. We hired a taxi (€35) to take us to the airport. The restaurant was lovely. We enjoyed a delicious meal when we arrived. The service was excellent. The staff (Giacomo) was amazing! He remembered our names and guided us very well. Breakfast was plentiful. Susi, the manager of the breakfast room, is a character and very attentive. We will remember her good humor.

very comfortable room. good size for a family of 3. Public transportation is very convenient. quiet place to stay. comfortable bed. the pillows are very good size which is very rare in the most of hotels. specially for those people who has neck and shoulder issues. I am very happy with the pillows. Breakfast is simple but good enough. We had dinners in the hotel restaurant and food was fantastic.

It was so close to the highway, but in a nice and silent garden with many parking place. Venice can be reached easily, a bus stops near the entrace and reach Piazzale Rome in 20 minutes. The room was very clean and comfortable, we were totally satisfied. Stuff in the reception was super kind, they gave us many useful information about visiting Venice or Murano/Burano and about the public transport facilities.

We had a triple room which was clean and comfortable albeit rather small. The hotel is nice set in gardens and the bus stop to Venice is outside the property which was great. We had breakfast included and it was very good with plenty of selection of both hot and cold food. We also had dinner in the restaurant which was very enjoyable. The staff were all really friendly and helpful with directions and which tickets to get for the transport.

The garden and the hotel are really nice and clean. The bus station is close to the hotel. The staff is ok and knows english. They changed the towels every day, even if don't put them on the floor

Everything was perfect. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The surroundings are stunning and peaceful—breakfast with many selections in an attractive bright room. The wifi is good. The parking in assigned places in the garden was perfect. The staff was polite, in a positive spirit and helpful. Exactly what we needed during our long road trip. Very easy and close to drive to Venice and walk around.

The first impression of the hotel driving up the drive way, felt magical with all the lights lit up. Although on the main road it felt private and secluded which I loved. The staff was very nice and acommdating. The location of the hotel was excellent. The bus stop for Venice was across the road and only a 20mins ride. You can purse tickets for the bus at the hotel reception. Breakfast, if not included is a small fee and has a good variety of food and drinks to choose from.

The staff is really nice and helpful. The room was great and with more than enough space. The breakfast was very tasty even though it would be great if it had a bit more diversity. Regarding the location, even if it is a bit further from Venice, it has transportation by bus very nearby, so all ok.

Easy to reach from the highway. Don't forget to ask the reception to make a reservation for a pizza at the next door restaurant. The parking place is big enough for many cars, buses. Very close to local bus stop and the highway, still very quiet place. It was more rational to choose bus to reach Venice instead of car. Very easy to get into Venice by bus. They sell bus tickets at the reception. The garden is beautiful, full of flowers and big plants. There are plenty garden furniture, relax options. The staff is fabulous. The ladies at breakfast are very lovely, friendly and empathetic. It is a place where shy guests can feel free to ask for extras. You can have breakfast outside if you choose. The room was spacious, very clean, the bed very comfortable. Definitely a place where we will return. I think we will stay here whenever we will visit Venice.

We were staying at the family suite. The beds are very comfy, the room was extra clean and we had plenty of space for 5 people. The facilities are all new and well maintained. The staff was very helpful. Access to Venice is from a 2 minutes walk bus station and we could purchase the tickets right at the hotel. We enjoyed our stay in Ai Pini hotel!
